So last night, the attendees watched the ABC Family movie, "Cyberbullying". In this movie, the main character, Taylor, witnessed the horrors of online bullying via social media outlets. Though cyberbullying cannot be stopped, certain steps can in fact take place that can prevent cyberbullying. Examples of effective methods of preventing cyberbullying are blocking the oppressor(s), resisting the temptation to view the negative comments, and rather than physically confronting the oppressors, talk to them and as the old cliche goes, "kill them with kindness ! "
